private limited company can be given on lease

abc Enterprises private limited is registered company with two director.

can those two directors rent out there company ( registered name - abc Enterprises private limited) to 3rd person for commence of business on rental based, so that 3rd person can run business under their name and enjoy monthly rental income. ??

Yes you may do it but before contact company advocate and take draft from Hil and register it.

Whether the ABC company's memorendum of association and articles of association contain such a covenent is to be analysed before forming an opinion and oblige.

If the AOA or MOA of the company provides this facility to the directors then they can arrange a meeting involving the shareholders and take a decision by passing a resolution in the meeting for this arrangement, once the resolution is passed as per by laws or then AOA of the company, it may proceed
