नमस्कार श्री मान जी,

लखनऊ (यूपी) में भूमि मालिक एससी व्यक्ति है। यूपी राजस्व संहिता 2006 की धारा 80 द्वारा उनकी भूमि को गैर कृषि भूमि में परिवर्तित कर दिया गया है। एक सामान्य उम्मीदवार होने के नाते, क्या मैं कानूनी रूप से अपने घर का निर्माण करने या भविष्य में इसे बेचने के लिए इसका एक हिस्सा खरीद सकता हूं?

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt , before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

Obtain proper legal opinion in writing from the LOCAL counsel to ensure perfect title and NO dues , permission to sell etc etc as per applicable rules.

If you wish you may check from O/o Authority e.g; Collector about rules and Govt notifications and permissions etc etc
