sir,I'm from Vellore,my grand father(belong to sc) had some dc land from his ancestors which was occupied by non sc persons 30 yrs back ....and they said my grand father sold that land to them ..they said this matter only after my grandfather death...bt no one in my family knew that....Bt when I look in ec form he changed that land into his name...bt he s non sc and that is dc land and boundaries of that land also belongs to my relatives (sc)....is there possible to change dc land into patta for non sc members....Is there any chance to file a case....?? please help me regarda this.
