Transfer of agricultural land from father to son in u.p. india

I am the only son of my father, and i have two sisters. My father has some agricultural land in Varanasi U.P. which is ancestral and not earned by him. He wants to transfer that land in my name so as at a later stage my sisters can not make a claim on that land. Please guide with the complete process compliant to the laws in Uttar Pradesh.
