Dear Sir,
This is my concern being expressed towards my daughter's Date of Birth that was entered wrong in DOB certificate.
The Hospital Management has entered wrong deatils [Date and Month] of my baby's birth, in the document which they submitted to municipal corporation. And the same was entered in the certificate. but the discharge summary from the hospital which i was given is having the actual and right details of date and month of delivery.
Can i Get my child's date of birth corrected in it?
Would be thankful if you can guide me to resolve this issue.
