Civil law regarding rti

Dear sir/madams, my question is if a CPIO and FAA don't provide reply of any RTI application, can i bring the matter directly to a lower court instead of approaching CIC or SIC?

Dear Nayanmoni,

No you can approch the court.

Better file a second appeal in CIC/ SIC.

Even if CIC/ SIC do not list your appeal then you can approach the High Court, but only for the purpose of lisitng the Appeal.

If CIC/ SIC decides against you then also you can approch the High Court.

Why they are not providing information and which organization please specify clearly. 2. There were certain instance where organization claimed we are not public authority hence we don't come under rti act 3. So matter was taken at respective sic or CIC and decided. If organization is private but receive substantial funding from govt then it is considered public authority. 4. Certain organization have contested that they are not public authority and matter pending in Hon. SC Please specify exact case so I can try .
