Regd WILL to be executed

My grandmother regsd a WILL-land in 1980 on my name. But patta of that land was made on my mother's name unnoticed while land survey done during 1982. How to get the land on my name now sir.pl.help me

If its a valid will in all respects and if its the last made will and after which no partition or family settlement made by your grandmother then you can go for probate of the will
