RTI records deleted

Dear Sir I am in a confused state as, what to do next when even my RTI Appeal has provided me negative response. It was in 2011, i filed an online complain to Delhi Police whose acknowledgement no is with me. There was a call from SHO inquiring about the same in same year. Recently, i tried to get the status of my complain, i got negative response. I went ahead with Appeal to my RTI application, this time they attached an order of deletion of the complain and subsequently records. I have the email and it's acknowledgement however i am in a state of confusion whether it's a dead end or there is some hope left open? I wan't to pursue the case if it gets registered. Please guide,i would be obliged. Regards Yusuf
