term "public officer" is clearly defined in CPC
While executing a decree under CPC, Can Civil court order any public servant to assist and under what rule, order of such public servant or public officer is under obligations to assist civil court of original jurisdicton ?
How can such "public officer" be compelled to enforce the judgement or decree of the civil court in case of non-compliance.
