Good evening experts what is the remedy if a husband has a exparty decree of sec 9 , (filled before the 498a/406/125) the legal notice to join the husband company within one mth after husband got exparty had also served ,but she did not done not followed )the lower court had ordered to pay her rs 5000/pm the total amount gones to 2 lacks ,husband did not given even single peny ,after 6 years the cross of 498a lady going in fevor of husband , she said I was gone with my uncle ,aunt happily ,no injury , no demand of dowary was made by my husband nd his parents , the revision of ineterm maintenance order is also filed and going on session court what will be happened next ..... How to fight x- wife , i can't prove adultery v.tuff , she does not wish to remarry or no body wants becoming her husband due to her publicly of false 498a/406/125.........
