Hi, My divorce case is pending in court. No decision regarding maintenance has yet been given. Wife stays in rented house. Rental agreement expired. Should i need to continue agreement? can any judicial action affect me if i dont continue agreemnt?

In the absence of any judicial order, no obligation lies upon you. If children are living with wife, then visitation rights and custody case will be affected, that too slightly.
