Mutal constent - quash

Hello,

I am from boy side and the Wife Agreed for the Mutual Consent closure. There are number of cases which will be closed due to this.

1. 498a  - Got Stay from high court and there are no proceeding
2. Domestic Voilence - Got Stay from high court and there are no proceeding
3. 323 - Got Stay from high court and there are no proceeding

I wanted to understand that if the Proceeding is already stayed by High Court then what is the next step to get it closed by Mutual Consent.
I will be very Thankful if you can pass \ refer \ provide details related to this topic

Dear, Stay is temporary releif, but by going into mutual consent you will get rid of all these cases.... Draft mutual settlement deed mentioning withdrawl of all litigations and quashing of the FIR..... Kapil chandna adv, 9899011450

Dear Querist

execute a MOU/Compromise Deed with the complainant and file a quashing petition before HC u/s 482 of Cr.P.C the HC have power to quashed the same.
