I have purchased a ready to move flat directly from a builder. All the payments has been made i.e. 100% payment done and in this I have 80% as bank loan of SBI. Now Builder has to do the registration of the property. I have the following question. Please help me out.
1. Builder says it will be conveyance deed and not sale deed...is it correct?
2. I am supposed to submit the stamp duty and registration fee directly to builder by cheque and he will provide me a receipt of the same in his money receipt format. Following that he will provide me the receipt of IGR.
Is IGR receipt and the receipt of the builder submitting the registration and stamp duty fee to sub register is the same document?
3. Does the receipt have mention of both the registration and stamp duty?
