Know about law procedure for registry parental land

Sir, I have problem with parental property disputes. actually my Grand father did not give share in their property to my father. so please suggest me law procedure to get share in property. and can i take stay order on that property

you have not given complete detail in your query , your grandfather is dead or alive , the property is self earned by your grandfather or an ancestral one , which mode your grandfather has opted to transfer of his property- by gift deed, by will or by family settlement ? give full details , only then an advise can be given by the experts.
