My name is tejdeep.I have land in Momidi village,chillakur mandal ,nellore district AP .this land case was in court (MANDAL Court)for about 4 years between three person.At Last court has declared that this belongs to two persons .And the village VRO is favour to third person.we went to apply for passbook of land.VRO said it was kept in higher court .he cannot issue passbook.we have waited for 6 months .still now we didnt got any letter from the court.VRO said i wont give you the Passbooks it is in court, i got the letter from court .we asked him to give letter which he is saying .he said i wont give .
VRO he is not giving passbook.what can i do in this situation
