Hi
I have TIn Number and i want Form 38 for import of goods from other state . Do help me how to get Form 38.

then ...go on dealer services option.. here u e-form / e -sancharan option

click on it

then,, mention ur tin number ... fill the complete form in correct manner... then take print out of it

after then submit this application within 7 days in ur sector office!

after then u have received a password form comtax .. use this and download ur form 38
