Forged vakalat in court, punishment?

X filed a case with some forged agreement of sale and asked for registration of the property belongs to Y family based on the forged agreement,

Y Family is having 11 Respondent, with a fraudulent intention to grab the share of a widow and her child minors, the main contenders of the case in the Y family forged the vakalat of the minors and her mother in contesting and won the case. They were now blackmailing the mother and her minor children for relinquishing the rights on that property, though these minors and her mother were having share in the property.

What are the legal remedies available for the women and her minor children in this case, can it be acceptable in the Court to file a forged vakalat and won the case.

Is it a perjuries act in this case U/S 340 CRPC, can’t it be deceiving the court.

Thanks!
