An FIR is filed against a aperson as one document was allegedely forged by him. While the case is under investigation, the accused submitted the same document's copy as defence evidence in another case (138 NI act). The original document is still with accused and not seiged by police. What the complainant should do? Raising of this issue will delay the cheque bounce case further!
