My employer is FCA & FCS with 30 Years Experience and he does very large scale Buisness.and he has been recruited 2-3 employee for Civil Engeener & Valuer Since 20 years and he does valuation works lyk property valuation and Lenders Engeeiner work etc and he has empanalled with IDBI bank..And he has opened "Teachnical Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Comapny" for dong all this work but i have noticed that he does sign the Valuation report...As for as i am considered that any CA or CS has not been Authorised for dong all this..so Is it Legal or Illegal ???
