Sir, you have to read the date of cause of action, onto which police had taken the complaint got registered. Then you have to prove that u we're present at Hyderabad & not in Bangalore on that specific mentioned date in FIR/498a case. Evidence must be of such nature that should be accepted without any doubt. For discharge, please file written application along side Certified copy of mail plus other evidences such CCTV footage of ATM in case you were their or any other peice of evidence which easily proves that on the date when cause of action aroused at Bangalore, you were present in Hyderabad.
