Hi,
After divorce on mutual consent, half share of the flat was released by one party and the divorce was granted.
In that release deed, the index was incorrect, exchanging the name of buyer and seller as opposite.
The deed itself however is correct.
Do we need a rectification deed to fix this?
Ofcourse the other party is not willing to co-operate in any manner.
What are the alternatives?
