A fire occured in the business premises on the 1st floor, due to the short circuit in a shop at gr. fl. There is No major loss to the property, barring few A/c, computers and windows due to flame and water.
The office premises has been let out. however in the record of the police and fire brigade the name of the lesee-the current user has been recorded.
the queries are:
1. what are the rules and regulations to be followed for the safety of both the lessor and lessee.
2. Whether the lessor or lessee's name should appear in the records- at present there seems to be no problem as far the dept. of police/fire is concerned.
3. any other point the experts would like to suggest/advise.
