Fir quashing under section 498a

My son has got divorced. The FIR filed by his ex-wife under section 498A has also been quashed by the hon'ble High Court on 6th December, 2018. Kindly let me know whether the High court's would end the orders to the Family court itself or shall we have to take a certified copy of the order to the Family court.

Obtain sufficient certified copies of HC order and carry one to LOCAL court during next date and submit.

Rest your counsel in HC case, LOCAL court case that have seen the order and are well versed with facst of the matter can advice you further.

Sir, thanks for your reply.  My lawyer has already applied on 10th December, 2018 for certified copy of the order which is 'under scrutiny'.  I have also downloaded copies of the order from High Court's website.  Pleae advise if such downloaded copies of the order are acceptable to the Family Court.  Thanks.

Discuss this fact also with your HC/LOCAL counsel.
