Fir and perjury

A private complaint has been filed and a FIR registered u/s 498a. It has a lot of false criminal allegations against parents and case was quashed against them. I know they can file defamation or malicious prosecution but we don't care about any civil actions.

Can they file perjury u/s either IPC 182 or 211 against them for giving false statement? My parents were subject to a lot of harassment over close to a year by police along with health problems.

We have evidence to show that the allegations are false.

Your facts are scattered around different pages as under :-

Who do you think has time to spy around the entire website to search for the facts relating to your case and give you complete advise. Better be just to the experts and put facts on one thread.
