I have usual false 498a and DV cases against me and I am not appearing in courts and summons not reached. Their want money much more than I even have to settle the case. I have a flat in Pune(Wakad) wherein nobody ever lived. My wife has an eye on the flat and I was told they would initiate proceedings to get that flat. I want to know the following
a. How do I find if there is any case registered by my wife in Pune court? Online eCourt website have many options like Court Type, Establishment and many court types, I am not sure which to choose.
b. Can the proceedings go ahead without me being sent summons?
