Filthy language -498a

This case is belongs to one of friend.

If husband used dirty words/filthy language and on phone call. and wife recordered all and going file FIR in PS.

Is it comes under 498a. or anyother  section will come.

First wife call the husband and used filthy lanuge and disconnected the call.

and called husband again immediately, on angry husband used un parlamentary language and thretend wife like " i will kill you ".

this time, wife recorded his voice. it all comes under 498a or any other ?

It does not make 498a. Mere shouting does not prove 498a. 498a is cruelty for demand of dowry.

Are you serious? So you think someone saying filthy words is a good excuse to get a man charged with 498a? Then shame on you and shame on a system that legally robs an innocent man and his family for marrying. It seems your kind will try anything to blackmail a man in order to get your hands on lots of money for a big divorce settlement. Have you sold your blackhearted souls to the devil? You have blood on your hands because the real victims of 498a suffer a great injustice because of liars and cheats like your kind, who clutch at straws by asking 'can we get him charged because he said a nasty words'. I hope your friend chases the courts for years if she pursues this crazy idea.
