Fathers dictatorship

I have been witnessing a classic example of fathers dictatorship. My friend now almost 40 years married with children's, has been slogging for all his life with his father's traditional business day and night.last week he was admitted to the hospital ,during my visit I came to know that he is bieng tormented on daily basis by his father and his life is hell and above all every thing business, home etc all are in his father's name.his and his families life is living hell. All his life's hard work has been washed just because his father got every thing in his name and is threatening to outcast him now whenever he asks for anything.please advice ,I cannot see him and his family dying

If matter can be resolved amicably say with intervention of elders, nothing like it.

Try to find out the reason!

If he been shwon as say 'Employee' in books but has not been paid then he can stake claim.

If the house is self acquired by father, then he can indeed oust his son.
