What will be legal fate of unpaid bonus outstanding for one year in the books of a company registered in UP.the employees had left the company & their full & final settlement with the company is pending?Pls suggest what if it is outstanding for more than 3 years

You can send a cheque/DD on the name of concerned employee, & on the column of signature in the bonus register you can write the paid by DD/Cheque with no., & you can also file a photocopy of the same DD/Chequ send by you to the concerned employee.
