As per SC judgement are the family welfare commitees operational and do we have any reference in which instead of CAW cell 498a/406 complaint of girl is shifted to these commitees ? I heared in Dwarka, Delhi some cases transferred to these family welfare commitees anybody knows outcome of these cases ?
