Hello experts, good day! I have two cases pending in different courts one is in City civil court and another one is in taluk level court. In both the cases the defendants and Plaintiffs are same. Is there a way to transfer the taluk court case to city civil court and treat it as single OS?

If the taluk level court is also a judicial court and not an executive court, then you can apply for transfer and joint trial of both the cases by the court of the higher jurisdiction.
