It is believed that you are all Hindu.

Confirm!

The property is self earned/acquired in the hands of your father or ancestral?

What is this degree in blood relation: Gift deed? Is this degree registered?

Did you accept the gift of property?

Did you take possession of land gifted to you?

Yes right

Charan   19 April 2017

Yes I accept the gift and property is under my control

If it registered gift deed then donor must have appeared before registering authority and signed.

The gift seems to have been completed.

What are the reasons to reclaim?

What are the allegations?

I am not sure abt law. Is there any procedures to get back

Ok right. whom can claim my father or my younger brother? It was not fraud at that time my father and younger bro was agree, and they wanted to sale that land. they offer me to purchase the land and give us money. I was ready. they suggested me the degree in relation is better than registery as you need not to pay more money to govt. (as registry charges) Now they are fighting with me that give that land back to us otherwise we'll file the court case. and if they do that what document required to prove my self to correct? Please suggest.

Gift deed is without consideration.

Did you pay some consideration?

Kumar Doab (FIN)     20 April 2017

The donor can contemplate to proceed against you.

His legal heirs can also do so.

Charan   20 April 2017

No I did not pay any consideration.

Hope you shall take it positvely.

Earlier you posted about monetary consideration.
