Family law

In the lower court the father obtained visitation rights order for his 9 years old female child. But the mother is not allowing the father to see his child. The mother now filed CRP against the said order. Can a mother refuse to show the child to the father?

Let her filed CRP against order, that is not in our hand to stop however father can see & visit to child, Since he has already optained the order. Please feel free to ask questions if u need any clarification on it.
