Falsely implicated

I had taken an agricultre crop loan of 25 lakhs from a private bank security given was agricultural land owned. The bank had also taken 2 blank cheques at the time of sanctioning the limit. In 2016 the interest was due the bank used one cheque and filed a cheque bouncing case of 27 lakhs against me in chandigarh showing that they had taken the cheque from me recently. After sometime they were ready for a settlement and took interest from me and took the case back evidnece of the bank employee was also taken. I later found the bank letter where in it states that they had taken the cheques were given earlier when the loan was granted also got the rbi guidelines that banks cannot use cheques where colletral has been given in agriculture. i need advice as to what steps should be taken against them.
