My grand father's Land was divided into three parts for three sons. Three daughters were given some compensation and all three land was registered properly with all sons and daughters signature. As all three brothers had invested on a common well it was decided that all three brothers can use the well. This Well sharing system is there in all three registration document as well. So now we have three pumps of three houses in same well. Now owner of house which has well has sent us a lawyer notice to disconnect our motor pumps in a week. What should we do now?
