False income submitted in dv case.. ?

MY WIFE HAS FILED A FALSE DV CASE AGAINST ME.

THE CASE IS IN HEARING PROCESS.

COURT HAS ORDERED 5000 PER MONTH INTERIM ORDER.

MY LAWYER SUGGESTED ME TO NOT SHOW MY REAL ERANING AMOUNT IN COURT.

SO I HAVE SUBMITTED I AM JOBLESS AND HARDLY EARNING 3000 PER MONTH.

MY REAL EARNINGS ARE NEAR @ 35000.

WHAT WILL BE FUTURE IMPACT. MY FATHER IN LAW KNOWS WHERE I AM WORK.

AND ABOUT MY SALARY.

IN FUTURE IF COURT ORDERES SUMMONS TO MY COMPANY, SHALL IF I SUBMMIT A FALSE PROOF

THAT I HAVE LEFT COMPANY LONG TIME AGO.

WHAT WILL BE BEST FOR ME... ????????

CAN COURT TAKE ACTION AGAINST  ME. IN MY FALSE PROOF.

Dear Client, you should file a petition to the District Court  U/sec.127 of Cr.P.C.for alteration of maintenance allowance passed by the Magistrate Cout..

Your income is below the minimum wages act :-).The judge should have asked for both your salary slips in order to decide the interim maintanence .And as Mr Minansu has conveyed to you you should go ahead with that .
