False declaration of age

A man, employed in one of the nationalised banks, at the time of joining, had given his date of birth as May, 1955.

But, in the Deposition given by him in a civil suit ( the civil suit was filed by his mother and 4 sisters that he fraudulently made a partition deed of a house property belonging to all of them, without giving any share to his mother and 4 sisters), he has told his real date of birth as May, 1953 and admitted that he gave wrong date of birth as May, 1955 to the bank with his full knowledge.

So, as per his deposition his real age now is 59 and as per the bank's record it is 57. The retirement age as per the bank's Rules and Regulations is 60.

What will be the consequences if the bank comes to know of his real age when his deposition in the court is made known to the bank ?
