Hi, i am working in central government for the past five years. To apply for a new post, i need to produce experience letter as the new post demands experience. But my competent authority who goes by rule book is refusing to issue experience certificate citing the reasons that there are no rules to issues the experience certificate for a central government employee.. Experts, please let me know if there any rules or case laws or labour laws relevant to my issue. Thank you in advance.
