I want to discussed about my Brother, He was working in Ericsson company in Gurgoan. Due to some some issue. He left his company without serving his notice period (Not completed his full notice duration). His higher management ask him to return all assets of company any pay all dues and then company will provide experience letter and other related document and my borther return all company assets and FNF RS 29,0000 (Amount paid to company). Now company refused to give him experience letter and they are saying your case is abscond and we will not provide you any document.
What option we have to settle down this issue. Please suggest.
