Expeditious disposal of the case in the lower court

Under which section shall I file a case in the High court for expeditious disposal of the trial in the lower court before the JM-II. The case before the lower court is under 304A IPC medical negligence by the doctor which resulted in the death of my mother in the year 2010. The lower court is extending the hearing dates and the next date fixed is 30th April 2019
