Execution of WILL in respect of ancestral property

Namaskar! My father has five siblings ( three male two female). One among them(Elder brother of father) is unmarried and he wishes to transfer his share of ancestral property (Land) to my name. Can a WILL be executed in this regard? Please suggest the best method to transfer the property in my name.

will or testament is a legal document by which a person, the testator, expresses their wishes as to how their property is to be distributed at death, and names one or more persons, the executor, to manage the estate until its final distribution. Title holder only can write a WILL.
