Examin to accused

Hi Experts , 

If cheque case is in court , the accused is dening everything in court , can we cross him in court like accused crossed me in court, i m sure if i cross him , he will deffinately accept everything and so many evidences are there which i can produce in court at that time , pl advice me in detail and with sections.

Unless accused himself apply to court to be examined in his defence you can't cross him. If he applies so, you can.

You seems to be very over cofident that the way most of the complainant are .

 

Unless you prove your case which will naturally be denied by the accused you can have any chance to cross accused. In criminal cases the accused has to demolish your case and not to prove his case.
