Dear Professionals,
It is quite surprising to see that the West Bengal Amusement cum Entertainment Tax Act 1982 is not avaiable in the markey. Can somebody help me in getting a soft copy of the said act and rule.
Also for entertainment tax for cabe operators in Chattishgarh state, there is no due date of deposit. There is no provision in the Act. Please share your views on this.
