Dear Sir,
I have worked with Cantonment Board Secunderabad from march 2005 to feb 2008 after that i joined another organisation. Before leaving Cantonment Board i paid three months salary in lieu of notice but near about 60 earned leaves are there in my account with Cantonment Board till today they have not taken any action on it (They are supossed to consider this as a two months and had take one months salary from me) is it possible to send them court notice asking two months payment with interest? If yes what will be the approximate cost required to file a case against Cantonment Board? (Two months payment is approximately Rs.14000/-)
