Dear Sir, I am Pradeep, I have joined to the Organisation on 8th March 2017 and my probation period is 6 months as per Offer letter. And it has been extended to another 6 months without giving any communication to me. And my performance in the region and area found to be good compared to others. Now, i am asking for confirmation, but my superiors are denying to give confirmation and saying irrelevant answers like I am not satisfied with your performance. So, is it possible to take any legal action against company based on my performance and not confirming after the probation period also.
