Hi,
I am working in a company for last 5 month where at the time of final interview, they asked me to give my original certificate as an employment commitment for 2 years. And also it was written in the offer letter that If I leave the company before 2 years, I have to pay 2Lakhs Rs. But there was no bond I had signed. They didnt give me any training as well.
But due to my personal problem, I resigned and they accepted my resignation as well. But I dont know wheather they will give my paper back or not without paying that money.
Can you please let me know that whether I have to pay that amount? Please tell me the details if any law regarding that is available.
