Employers notice

sir, I work in an engineering college as assistant professor in the department of Mechanical engineering.

From past few year admission of students to mechanical engineering department has reduced. In this regard colleges were absurdly removing faculties giving inappropriate reasons, for which in order to avoid this injustice AICTE has instructed colleges not to shut down the department but can reduce the intake.

Now, in my department total there are 17 faculties with 3 professors, 3 associate professors and 11assistant professors.
Among them management has given notice to 4 faculties in each category, which includes 1 professor, 2 associate processor and 1 assistant professor. The notice states that , "due to lack of admission of students to the department, management has decided to relieve 4 faculty members with 2 month's notice service to reduce the financial burden. This decision is not based on performance of faculties".

Increments and DA rise for remaining faculties has been granted.

Sir, can anyone please suggest legal remedy for the injustice happening here.
