Employer not settling full & final payment

Dear All,

I worked in one company at Gurgaon, registered offie is of Delhi. My Full & final settlment pending with the company of Apprx Rs 100000/- since Aug 2012.

As the case is of more than 3 years can i still take legal action against the company, pls advice how can i recover this amount from my company.
