effect of pcr on contempt of court order

Dear Experts, When i went to in laws house on court order of one time visitation rights to see my son, my in laws beaten me and did not shown my son's at all. Police did not file FIR nearest police station even after giving complaint due to their political influence. So I wan to change them through pcr. Can you please let me know what's would be it's consequences and whether can they be arrested at all as they overruled the court order? How long would it take to arrest them from the date of filing pcr? Please let me know soon
