Domestic matter

Recently my sister in law had thrown a steel glass on my mother forehead by which blood started to flow & she was severely injured, i called police by dialing 100 constable told my sister in law to come with her but she bluntly refused to come to police station, next day lady constable came to her but again she refused to come to police station by saying dont dare to touch me, police are not listening to us they are just giving NC & not taking severe action against her, police even dont care to file FIR. Same day she burned his husband marriage photos frame on gas and thrown frm window by which front glass of car was broken at parking area on ground.

Her husband staying at seperate place & she is not accompanying him,she is harrasing my parents at our home. She has also filed false DV petetion.

Lodge a police complaint that she is attacking your parents and there is threat for life for your family members.  If the police does not take action or if your sister in law is not co-operating with the police, then approach the commissioner of police and lodge a complaint to direct the concerned police station to register the complaint and file FIR and take action against her.

If you want to proceed ahead against your sisiter in law legally then file a petition before the Magistrate u/s 156(3) CrPC bringing self same allegations. Police would be then directed to make investigation. Most importantly if her husband is staying separately and the house where she is staying now belong to ypor parent then he/she can file suit for eviction of her who is a mere licencee.
