Does court mentions the term mou in mcd

Dear Experts,

I got the MCD copy from court signed by judge.. I have already submitted the copy of MOU in court during first motion.

In the MCD nothing is mentioned regarding MOU.  It is mentioned both the petitioners attended the cort on XX day and the divorce is granted through mutual consent..

DOES JUDGE MENTIONS ANYTHING REGARDING MOU IN MCD

I am sure your mutual consent petition refers to the terms of MoU as terms of seperation, if it does, even without judge specifying it - it is implicit.

A mutual consent divorce is granted subject to the terms and conditions specified in the MOU. The court makes no alteration in the terms of the agreement. For all practical purposes, the judge merely puts his stamp of approval on the agreement arrived at between the estranged spouses. Hence, the MOU forms a part of the decree.

Obtain certified copies of all documents related to ur MCD. Certified copy of MOU submitted will hold all legal grounds practically read with div decree.
